Section 4. State Central Committee

4.1 In addition to their duties as members of the State Central Committee (SCC) as specified in the DPH Constitution and Bylaws, these members of the HCC shall have the following responsibilities:

A. Communicate to the SCC the views of Hawai‘i County DPH members on important issues facing the DPH;

B. Report to the HCC about the activities and efforts of the SCC; and

C. Along with attending all regular quarterly meetings of the HCC, SCC Representatives are encouraged to regularly attend meetings of the District Councils that are within their Senate District. The two (2) Hawai‘i County At- Large SCC Representatives are encouraged to annually attend at least two District meetings per region, as defined by the HCC in Bylaw 2.5.1.
