2026 Primary Elections are here!
Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS) Section 11-103, notice is hereby provided that the initial mailing of ballots for the 2026 Primary Elections will be on Thursday, July 16, 2026.
Any registered voter who does not receive a ballot within five 5 days of the mailing date should contact the Elections Division at 808-961-8277.
Places of Deposit will be available to all voters beginning Friday, July 17, 2026.
Places of deposit will close promptly at 7:00pm on Primary Election Day, Saturday August 8, 2026.
