District Chair
Presides over all District Council meetings and calls regular and special meetings, including biennial elections.
Provides proper notice of meetings and arranges meeting locations.
Appoints chairpersons and members of standing and special committees (with majority consent of the District Council).
Leads district organizing efforts, including welcoming and recruiting new members.
Coordinates volunteer recruitment for General Election activities, including poll watchers.
Ensures district compliance with Party rules and reporting requirements.
Serves as chief representative of the District within the County Committee.
Vice Chair
Acts in place of the District Chair when absent or temporarily incapacitated.
Automatically succeeds the Chair if the office becomes permanently vacant.
Assist in maintaining and updating district member contact information.
Supports district membership outreach and organizational efforts.
District Secretary
Maintains accurate minutes of all District Council meetings.
Preserves official records and written reports.
Maintains current district membership lists, including addresses and precinct designations.
Transfers complete records to successor at end of term.
District Treasurer
Leads district fundraising efforts.
Ensures proper collection of funds by authorized individuals.
Issues receipts and collects required contributor information.
Forwards funds and documentation to the County Committee Treasurer.
Ensures compliance with all federal and state campaign finance laws.
Submits required financial reports, including biennial reporting to the County Treasurer.
Serves as District representative on state fundraising structures when applicable.
Transfers all funds and records to successor at end of term.
District At-Large Directors
Elected at biennial meeting.
Ensure representation from all precincts when practicable.
Serve as voting members of the District Council.
Assist in district operations, outreach, and election readiness.
