This meeting is open to all Officers, District Leaders, SCC Reps, and anyone interested in learning about our work.

No official votes or decisions will be made on any official matters, as this is an educational outreach session.

We’ll provide an overview of the HCC’s mission, goals, committees, planning processes, meeting procedures, etc. 

Feel free to bring any questions about your role, responsibilities, timelines, or as a member of our community, anything you'd like clarified.

HCC Chair, Charlie, will share an agenda closer to the meeting date.
