Calling all HCC members! Even though we voted to cancel our Hawai'i County Convention on May 2, 2020 and the Governor's declaration made holding the convention per our bylaws impossible, we need to do some minor housekeeping with respect to our bylaws to enable this cancellation.

This meeting should only take about 15 minutes. We must have quorum to enact these changes so if you are unable to attend please give your proxy to another member. Please email me prior to the meeting if you have any questions or concerns so we can keep the meeting as short as possible.
